When to expect a response

All support requests are answered within 2-3 business days. We cannot offer weekend support, as EmPress is a small (but mighty!) shop. In fact, our owner Lisa will respond when you submit a support ticket. Be sure to say hi!

Before you submit…

  • Please review our documentation. Check your purchase receipt for your PDF documentation, and search our FAQ and online documentation in the Quick Help Guide above.
  • We offer email-based support only. We do not offer phone, live chat, or social media support.
  • Our support covers EmPress product installation, setup, and troubleshooting only. We cannot provide support for general WordPress questions, third-party plugins, or custom changes/modifications made by you or a third-party developer.
  • Product support requires an active license key. We only offer support for the end user who holds the active license key.
